Background of Enterprise

atComp Solutions CC is a 100% Black Owned Enterprise that was established in July 2006 by Moegamat Sadiek Daniels. Since its establishment, atComp Solutions CC was only operational on a part-time basis due to Sadiek Daniels’ commitment to his Employer at the time. It has been established to operate within the Communications Industry specializing in VoIP Communication Services and the installation of Network cabling.

In 2010 Sadiek got retrenched from his employment and decided to focus on atComp Solutions CC on a full-time basis. Sadiek Daniels’ trusted friend Nashief Majiet then joined him in atComp Solutions CC by coming in as an equity partner.

atComp Solutions CC has been registered as a Close Corporation. Where the members share the following equity:

  • Sadiek Daniels: 50%
  • Nashief Majiet: 50%

Business Description

atComp Solutions CC is operating in the VoIP Systems Industry. The VoIP system is a telecommunications system that is more cost effective than the conventional Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).

atComp Solutions CC provides Inbound and Outbound VoIP services with direct inbound dialing. We offer unlimited calling at a flat monthly subscription fee. This cost structure will be more affordable and cost effective to our prospective clients.

Our prospective Clients will mainly be SMME’s that focus on reducing call costs, Call Centers and in future we might expand towards households, especially with Western Cape Government’s Broadband initiatives.
